I completed an estimate in Piqua on a new HVAC system.
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the condensate line blocked which caused to leak into secondary drain pan. Secondary drain pan was leaking then water making its way down through ceiling. Attempted to blow drain out on secondary drain pan and whole drain blew apart. Glued drain back together. Started unit and verified that it was draining properly. Refrigerant charge within specifications. System operational upon departure
I completed preventative maintenance on a Commercial HVAC system. Ran through all checks. System operating at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on an A/C. There is condensation on the ductwork in the basement. I checked the make sure the return was unobstructed and all of the supply dampers were open. The humidity is around 75% so I recommended running dehumidifier in the basement. Everything is running as it should be on my departure.
I completed a A\C tune-up upon arrival System looked good. Got a 16 degree temperature split and all the major components tested well.
I reclaimed evacuated the system and installed a secondary liquid line dryer before the metering device indoors. As of now the system is in good working order and I suspect no more problems.
