I completed a service call upon arrival I found filter dirty. replaced filter and checked capacitor to find it has failed. replaced capacitor.
I completed a diagnostic on a Trane air conditioner. I determined that the unit is low on charge and in need of Freon. I went over options w/ the customer. Recharged system and all is operating as intended.
Upon arrival I replaced burners under warranty. I pulled orifices out and cleaned them off. I put gas line back together and checked for leaks. 1 leak at the union. Tightened, no more leaks. Fired system up, lights a lot better now. Furnace working good at departure
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found that everything checked out good. System is firing up a little rough, the burners are rusted causing the furnace to light rough. I quoted and order burners. The system is operational at departure. Turned ac on, 14 degree temp and rising. System is old but still running.
Upon arrival I provide an estimate for ductwork cleaning with blower housing removal and cleaned.
Went for a job continuation to replace a damaged pipe on ERV. Removed old damaged spiral duct and install new 6' flex duct. Stuffed insulation into wall cavity, where the 4" metal duct goes through the wall to the air hood outside to help prevent air sweating due to air temperature difference on the pipe.
