After removing the Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
Client requested an estimate to replace a Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Five Star 80% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner.
Upon arrival I adjusted blower speeds to stop duct popping and loud blower noise. Homeowner is happy with reduction of noise. The system is operational upon departure.
Went for a callback install for a 2022 gas furnace. Customer stated furnace wasn’t doing anything found furnace on a lock out. This was traced back the the gas valve being switched off. Turned gas valve on and cycled furnace and A/C found no more issues at this time.
I completed a Schedule Maintenance Agreement Tune-Up and Safety Check. All system checks are good and system is very efficient at this time.
