I came out to replaced piston with TXV. I pressure tested vacuumed and charged. System working at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Trane A/C. I inspected the unit and found a blown compressor capacitor. I replaced the capacitor. I then found system has low charge so I added 1lb or R22. System operating properly at this time.
I completed a diagnostic service call on an A\C upon arrival there was a blown compressor capacitor replaced with turbo 200 system working upon departure.
Upon arrival I found a defective 1 pole contractor and replaced with 1 pole contractor. System is operating properly at this time.
Client requested an estimate to replace a Goodman Electric Furnace and A/C. I recommend replacing it with a Five Star Multi-Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump.
Service Call/Coil Replacement. Replaced coil had piston added due to no TXV availability. Nitrogen tested and vacuumed. Charged to manufacturers specs. Checked temp split. System working at this time.
Came out for no cool, found intermittent problem with condensate pump. Repaired unit, system functioning properly.
I completed a return service to correct wiring to the bathroom which had a light that was out. This situation is in need of caulking, this is to be gathered and I will return.
After removing the air conditioner, I installed a Five Star Five Star 13 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
