Point Bay called and asked if I was able to have service on my furnace today instead of April. I was home so the 2 men came on the appointed time and introduced themselves and went to service my furnace. When the cleaning was completed no mess was left behind,and lights in the basement were turned off.
As usual the service tech (Fran) arrived on time, explained what was going on, got the job done quickly, and was a very pleasant person.
Tom was very knowledgeable and he examined the potential problem with my central air and proceeded to fix the machine.
Tom went over the entire history of the furnace realizing he had been here a few years ago on a no heat call checked all that needed to be checked and cleaned everything and replaced what needed to be replaced. From the time he got to my home he was very polite and worked every minute he was here, no cell phone break, no coffee break and no complaining about how tight it was to work in a small area! Bottom line is " Tom and Point Bay, Perfect Together " Thank You!
Unfortunately I forgot to ask the serviceman his name. It looks like CS-039 on my receipt. I was more than pleased with the service he performed on my furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and was willing to answer all my questions about my furnace. He is completely dedicated to his job and it shows in his work. He did an impeccable job cleaning up his work area when he was finished. I wish all the service workers I have dealt with had his work ethics. Your company is extremely lucky to have an employee like him. Just for the record, I am not related to or know anyone that is connected to this employee. My comments are strictly based on my recent service call and nothing more.
Very friendly and courteous. I'm confident he did a good job.
