WE HAVE 2 OIL BURNERS AND ONE IS STEAM. WE HAVE HAD MANY SERVICE PEOPLE. EACH TIME WE HAVE HAD TO HAVE SERVICE PEOPLE BACK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE BOILERS WERE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THAT WAS BEFORE TOM. WHEN HE COMES HE WORKS DILIGENTLY AND LEAVES WITH EVERYTHING PERFECT! WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO HAVE A CALL BACK AFTER HE SERVICES THE EQUIPMENT. AS A MATTER OF FACT, NO OFFENSE MEANT, BUT WE WILL HAVE NO ONE ELSE.
