Contact re arrival time was timely. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Clean up was done perfectly, and everything was put back in place after the work was completed. Ramon and his associate (unfortunately, I forgot his name) were friendly and fully explained their work at the end.

Robert was tasked with setting up our gas fireplace and performing long overdue servicing of our tankless water heater. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were impressed with his professionalism and will ask for him again for future projects. Cost for both jobs seemed reasonable and within the expected range for our area.

We will re-do all connections in switches and receptacles due to backstabbing We will re-use all devices(they are all new) Run 2 circuit extensions -One is for new receptacle in master closet -The other we will for receptacles in kid’s bedroom ***WARRANTIES*** 10 year warranty on circuit extensions No warranty on customer supplied devices LIFETIME WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP
Electrical Installation: We will replace all of the devices on one 15 amp circuit. The receptacles on the circuit are backstabbed and need to be pigtailed with the proper connections. We will replace the device with spec grade devices. All receptacles will receive electrical tape around them to prevent electrical faults in the box and for added safety.
Electrical Service Call: We will troubleshoot customers quiet cool and reset it after after diagnosing the issue.
Plumbing Installation: We will replace cifial cartridges
Electrical Installation: We will remove the existing light fixture in dining room then install the new canopy and mounting bracket for the new fixture.
Electrical Installation: We will install a customer supplied ceiling fan in the son’s room on the second floor. We will install a cradle for the fan remote on the wall next to the wall switch.
Plumbing Service Call: We will clear lavatory drain in upstairs bathroom.
Electrical Service Call: Customer needs to replace light with ceiling fan and have some other ceiling fans looked at.
Electrical Installation: We will branch a new 15amp circuit from the gfci location in customers home.
Electrical Service Call: We will restore main panel and sub panel.
RING TRANSFORMER: -WE WILL PROVIDE A NEW DOORBELL TRANSFORMER TO REPLACE THE FAULTY EXISTING ONE. AFTER WE REWIRE THE NEW TRANSFORMER, WE WILL CHECK VOLTAGE AT THE DOORBELL BUTTON LOCATION. ONCE WE ATTAIN THE RIGHT VOLTAGE, WE WILL RE-INSTALL THE RING DOORBELL BUTTON CAMERA FOR YOU. No warranty on customer supplied material!
