We will move the newer bath fan from the shower bathroom to the 1st bathroom area to replace the faulty fan. In the 2nd bathroom we will install a new customer supplied bath exhaust fan to the existing power location. *No warranty on customer supplied material* *LIFETIME WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP!!!

Electrical Service Call: attic fan not working

Plumbing Service Call: leak on the toilet. moisture is seen in the wall under it.
Electrical Service Call: Needs special outlet installed for oven, ring camera is getting no power to it

Findings: During the course of troubleshooting initial issue: Several outlets are loose and shaking. The wiring behind said outlets is loose, not wrapped around terminal screws correctly, not tightened down properly, no tape, not spliced correctly. Several wires popped out of terminals (bathroom switch, outlet at computer near back door) Wires loose at other computer outlet in living area, touching off ground, didn’t trip breaker. Sub panel is past recommended lifespan by 20 plus years. Sub panel is in closet (currently grandfathered in) Tenant called us out initially to fix issue, got in touch with landlord and Informed her of issues. Emailed her estimates. Initial problem of loose wiring is corrected, had to troubleshoot for an hour or so and repaired the issue.
Plumbing Installation: Provide and install a widespread wall mount lav faucet. Attempt to replace current existing 1/2” galvanized nipple in power room wall mounted faucet with a new brass nipple, without removing any tile.
