A/C Blowing warm air. Found the unit running and frozen over. Blower motor not running. No power coming from the control circuit board indicating the circuit board is no good. Blower motor, windings, and contractors are all burnt. Serial number tag unreadable. Since the unit is old, recommend it to be replaced. Sent quote for approval.
