Leak check on a diakin mini split system for a residential customer

Air conditioner not working. I was not getting voltage to contactor. Seems to be an issue with the breaker panel. Informed complex maintenance of issue.
AC not cooling. Unit did not have any refrigerant I found the leak on the unit. It is on the suction line, but the customer wanted to replace unit, sending quote.
