Had to wait two days no emergency service I think this is terrible thank god we have good neighbors let us sleep in their spare bedroom . One other thing we had the unit tuned up on4/20/18 order #3217419 and 5 months later it stops working because the the drain line is clogged very disappointed Very hard to recommend your company if after this incident thank god the repair man you sent today Was fantastic did a great job and got us air-conditioning once again
