The excellent plumber who Pride sent to us this morning was a delight. He immediately identified the source of the leak in our faucet and telephoned the manufacturer to order a replacement part. He was patient and kind to every one and especially to us. He was thoroughly professional and expertly explained the problem and how best we could proceed with the repair. In short he was excellent.
