I checked in with the Miller's. Mrs. Miller requested I leave the 20x25x1 pleated filter with her ( She'll change it ). I set up my ladder and equipment. I cleaned out the control cabinet . I blew out ( mini leaf blower ) the control cabinet . I cleaned off flame sensor electrode. I inspected the Hot Surface igniter. I inspected the bulkhead and heat exchanger. I removed and cleaned burners. I tested all safety switches and controls . I tested the 55/5 mfd dual run cap .( 53.6/ 5.1) Temp rise is recommended between 35°-55° my actual is 74° return 120° Supply = 46° . I pulled amp draws on all mechanical components. I regulated gas pressures from 3.74- 3.25inw.c. The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time.
