replaced 25x25x1 filter . set up my ladder and equipment. checked the the 3 mfd inducer run capacitor cleaned off flame sensor/ spark electrode inspected bulkhead and heat exchanger checked inlet gas pressures 7.78 inw.c. regulated outlet gas pressure to 3.30 inw.c. Temp rise is 40-70°F Actual TR is 110° supply / 70° return = 40°F pulled amp draws on all mechanical components The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time
