Experienced slow plumbing drain in bathrooms. Valve near refrigerator need checking.
Units rotation connector loose and common wire was almost split in half, connected rotation connector and spliced wire with wire nut.
A.c. unit hit by vehicle with no damage to unit.
Reported no heat at unit 112. Repaired wire and replaced Sequencer (BMTOR) for blower.
