The speed at which my cooling unit was diagnosed and repaired was impressive! The product knowledge the technician displayed coupled with his willingness to explain both the condition and the range of possible solutions gave me great confidence the the issue was actually being resolved. There are times, when dealing with repairmen that, as a customer, you feel that desired outcome isn't considered in the scope of the job. Not so in this case!
