We had a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved quickly. Ed Green of Relentless Home Services fixed the problem. He was competent, polite, and thorough. Not only did he fix the issue, a major leak under the sink, but made sure everything was cleaned up and back in order before he left.

First, the install was far later than expected. The company asked for us to wait until noon when they called the day before so that the A/C service person could help with the water heater install. We agreed, but the A/C service person didn't show up until almost 1 PM, and was unaware of the arrangements. Then the water heater installer didn't show up until after 2 PM. Both of them proceeded to climb into the water heater space repeatedly, stepping on the drywall edge in my finished garage. They ended up damaging the drywall and tape, doing permanent damage to the wall. I asked if they needed a stepladder, and they said no. I even offered them my own, but they didn't use that either. The result is a lot of damage to the wall that I'm not sure how to fix. While the service people were both professional and polite, I felt they were both in a rush due to late arrival, and damage to my property was the result. The job is also not completed, as the retention pan still needs a hose hookup, but they gave to prediction as to when that will be done. I made sure the space was clean and accessible, and even cleared the way for them to move the hot water heaters in and out, and even offered to help move it. This job couldn't have been easier, and I still feel that the work was sub par. I would not recommend service from this company.
