A pharmacy in Bakersfield, CA, reported a tripping hazard on their walk-in cooler. Our technician found the ramp had bent and was splitting apart at the corners. He was able to screw down the metal slightly to improve use, but ramp needs to be removed and replaced as the metal has warped. Advised manager of situation and hazard potential, quoting working ASAP to main office.
