Major A/C PM scheduled for our commercial customer in Beverly Hills, California. Spring checklist completed, including condenser coil cleaning, amperage testing, filter replacement and cycling. Did find the #3 Trane air conditioner with a burnt compressor contactor that will need to be quoted. All other units operational.
