A commercial customer reported a water leak coming through their ceiling in Fresno California, and wanted the HVAC checked. One unit has no issues, but the 2nd unit had a broken drain line that was pouring water straight onto the roof. The line also wasn't piped properly and was sloped uphill. The tech was able to reconnect the line, but we will need to quote re-piping the slope correctly. Reporting the roof damage to the customer, they will need to get a roof to repair it.
