Kevin did a great job installing the remote compressor for our pastry case. We only had good experiences with this company, they get back to you right away when you request a service call and can fix most things right away if they have the parts.

Our Glendale CA a/c technician returned to a retailer to complete needed repairs. Their Trane unit needed a new RTRM board that we had ordered in prior to this visit. After wiring in the new board, our technician powered on the system and found the compressor still not powering on. Continued troubleshooting, found a connection disrupting the stage 2 compressor. Removed and capped it. Reset system again and confirmed unit is now operational.

An auto repair shop in Glendale, California, requested service for their heater. Upon arrival, our technician inspected the commercial system and found that it had been recently worked on, though still non-functional. Further inspection found that the compressor had grounded. Recommend replacing the compressor, filter drier and flushing the lines. The unit disconnect should also be replaced as it is in poor condition.

A walk-in cooler in Glendale, California, was not working correctly today. Dispatched our commercial refrigeration technician to inspect. He found the system low on refrigerant, and added leak lock to the caps and recharged the system. No other leaks found, unit running correction now.

Our customer in Glendale, California, reported a strange fishy smell permeating their store. After checking in with the manager, our A/C technician inspected the system. Filters were only slightly dirty and didn't smell, evaporator coil wasn't clogged. Drain pans were clean. Tech noted several plumbing vent tubes near the unit, but the unit doesn't have any fresh air intakes. Unable to locate source of the smell as there was no fishy odor while onsite. Our tech sprayed down the evaporator with coil clean and disinfected the system as a preventative measure. Added some adhesive to re-attached fallen insulation on the door, and reprogrammed the thermostat. No more issues to report.

Our Glendale California technician returned to a local customer to repair their commercial Trane air handler. The unit had a failed blower motor that our technician with an assistant, due to the size of the motor, was able to replace. Tested all operations for unit #1, system working well at this time.

Dispatched our LA County refrigeration technician to a restaurant for their kitchen line reach-in not operating. After acquiring equipment data for the first inspection, our technician found the evaporator coils iced over. Determined that a previous contractor had set the temperature settings too low at 26 degrees. Adjusted the settings and tested the defrost clock. Unit back down to 37 degrees and dropping. No more items to report.
