A cell phone store in Long Beach, CA, requested repairs on a vent over their manager's office. Vent was found dangling slightly and site was concerned it would fall. Technician was able to disconnect and reconnect with new straps to secure vent. Site also has dirty vents and filters. Will return with filters and clean vents per customer approval.
