A bridal store in Sacramento, California, reported that their heater wasn't working. Tech arrived onsite and troubleshooted the Carrier 7 ton system. Found that the spark igniter would throw a spark but there was no burner ignition. No gas pressure at valve. Went to the gas main and found it was shut off, but not locked out. Turned gas back on via main, tested heat again. Unit operational in heat mode once more.
