A church in San Fernando California was scheduled for an air conditioning replacement today. Our commercial HVAC installers arrived to finish prepping site for the crane lift. Met with crane technicians and proceeded to remove existing unit to dispose of and lifted new system into place. Connected all electrical, refrigeration and gas lines. Reconfigured drain line and connected. Confirmed the new system was operational, space cooling down. Installation complete.

A church in Los Angeles county reported that their upstairs AC wasn't working. We dispatched our local commercial HVAC tech to inspect. Our technician found the #9 Rheem unit down with a grounded compressor and contaminated refrigerant. The condenser fan motor has shorted out as well. We do not recommend repairs, the heat exchanger is cracked and rusted out, and unit is in overall poor shape. Will quote for recommended replacement.

Dispatched our San Fernando CA area technician to a church to investigate a leaking air conditioner. The technician found the commercial boilers were leaking water. The washable filter needed to be cleaned, also cleaned rubber gasket and added sealant to gasket. Washed out pump area. Reassembled equipment and it is now functioning normally, no more leaks.
