RESSAC AC technicians were dispatched to an auto dealership in San Jose, CA. Service department was no longer cooling. Three ICP HVAC units were down. RTU #4 had the programming set incorrectly on the thermostat. Unit #3 was not receiving line voltage, breakers operating but only intermittently. Breaker was reset and customer notified to request an electrician to address the breaker panel. RTU #2 was also down with a failed control board, which was quoted for the customer to approve. Area returned to partial cooling, awaiting customer approval for remaining repairs.
