A retailer in Santa Clarita CA reported signs of water leaks on their ceiling. The mall had previously inspected and stated leaks were coming from the store's commercial HVAC system. Our technician arrived and inspected the air conditioners, finding a few areas that were letting in water. Sealed with glencoat, confirmed drain lines and pans were clear.
