AC preventative maintenance scheduled for a commercial property in Valencia CA. Filters were changed on the 10 ton BDP air conditioner, all electrical and mechanical components tested. Fan belt changed. Unit running normally. Did note the blower door was missing insulation, will quote minor issue to customer. PM complete.
