PM technician was dispatched to pharmacy chain store in Visalia to perform full spring 180 preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Tech also washed condenser coils on rooftop AC equipment and measured refrigerant pressures. Inspected freezer and cooler cases, confirmed defrost clocks are timed correctly. Self-contained condenser and evaporator were cleaned. All units operating and within correct temperatures.
