Spring air conditioning maintenance scheduled for a commercial customer in Visalia California. Our technician arrived and replaced all customer provided filters, power washed the condenser coils, tested pressures and components to prepare for summer season. The technician noted two units, Carrier systems #2 and #3, with issues, including failed condenser fan motors and a CLO board that will need to be replaced. Systems are working for now, will quote repairs needed to customer. PM complete.
