Tom was a very knowledgeable plumber. Not only did he solve my problem...he showed me how to ignite my water heater in the event it goes out again. I like that he took his time to explain things to me and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. I definitely felt that "mom/pop buisness" feel with your company where the company actually cares about their clients and its not all about the mighty $dollar $. I was looking for a good plumbing service (i will need other projects done soon) and I will definitely be using your company again. You guys rock!!!!!

Tom Iwanicki installed a new furnace at my place and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after the job. A week on there are no complains and hopefully it will be the same for years to come.

1st time I used this company. They were the only ones to respond to me and did not charge an enormous amount of money for service. Rich was honest and professional and checked a few things instead if just telling me he couldn't help.
