In short—Juan was wonderful. Not only was he on time, without me asking, he thoughtfully put on those plastic booties the moment he came into the house (we just got new carpeting, so it was very much appreciated). He was meticulous, neat and was very patient with me when I was (pretty much) interrogating him about what he was doing and why. He was professional, kind, and seems like an all around really great guy.
