Air balance visit

We had an appointment to have our new AC system air balanced. Progress was made to get the system balanced but a little more tweaking is needed. Over all great service and wonderful techs. I believe one more visit will be needed to get the system performing to meet expectations. Overall we are very pleased with RonJon and the work performed so far.

Problems with a brand new system.

Juan is excellent and a great rep for your company. Our dissatisfaction is with a brand new system that was just installed. We bit the bullet and bought a brand new system to preempt any problems we might have with the old system. We are on our third service call already and parts in the new condenser needed replacement. This is very concerning and perhaps we should be putting in a new condenser as the one we have is a lemon. Still working through the issues but the very thing we tried to avoid, is happening. We are concerned!
