Last week I had a fire in the back of my house, and the gas and electricity was shut off. At request of my insurance adjuster. I was trying to find a plumber who could winterize my pipes after calling several plumbing services and being turned down by them because all they had to do was send an estimate and they didn’t want to rotor. MD stepped right in and had no problem faxing over the estimate and getting the money allotted to pay them for their service. Within 24 hours of that they had a crew out there and they walked me through everything that they were doing and even advise other precautions I should take. I was totally surprised and if anyone knows what it’s like to have to keep calling around rotor MD was awesome. As a veteran and a soldier , they stepped right up to the plate with no questions. I found out later on that this gentleman that owns the company is also a veteran so that not only says a lot for himself and the company or the crew that he has. It says a lot that he is proud to continue his service. I have now switched from another plumbing company and I will stay with these guys forever , they are excellent. They are quick to respond. They are kind, courteous animal, friendly people.
