replace gasket on Kohler drylock system
replace fill valve and flapper on toilet upstairs in the hall way and replace flapper on master bath toilet
Diagnosed gas valve failure for 40 gal Bradford White water heater.
did diagnostic on furnace and found circuit board is bad
pulled toilet in kids bathroom then cable line and then reset toilet
Cable kitchen drain, could not get through likely due to frozen pipe
found a gas leak on the bottom of the gas valve on the water heater took apart the nuts and pipe doped everything then tested for leaks no leaks at this time
replaced aav underneath lav which was the cause of the smell in apartment
