Customer says that lights went out and back on in the master bathroom. A week and a half went by and it has not happened since. Checked every connection in the panel and hey are tight. If it happens again, customer will call us back and we will diagnose the whole circuit. From what the customer describes, it sounds like a surge from the power company.

For troubleshooting of loss of power at fountain, and receptacles that feed fountain. Restored power at both outlets near front of driveway. Replaced 2 bad GFI outlets and replaced both bubble covers. Cut the cord in fountain to pump to verify power in fountain. Power does go to fountain. Customer needs to get the fountain company to replace the pump in fountain, as well as restore the fountain lights to working order. Both cords were left unplugged at GFI outlets for safety reasons until repairs are made.
Removed existing chandelier, and installed customer provided chandelier. Customer does not want to perform panel maintenance and double check for issues. She is selling the home.
Replaced bad attic vent fan motor, and thermostat. Tested fan after installation and it functions properly. Thermostat is set to 120 degrees as recommended by manufacturer. Tightened all connections in panel, checked for over heating, and general state of panel. Performed ground resistance test on home. Reading was 86.4 ohms, and it should be 25 or less.
We wired and installed a customer provided ceiling fan in the living room. We had to furnish, wire, and install a fan rated box at said location as there was no box before. We wired and install a customer provided chandelier in the foyer. We performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. During panel maintenance, we found and fixed neutrals doubled up under the same lugs.
