Unclogged tub drain for upstairs guest bathroom. Moen is sending shower mixing valve under manufacturers warranty.
SERVICE CALL NO COOL UPSTAIRS SYSTEM. REPLACED FILTERS ON BOTH SYSTEM. UPSTAIRS EVAP COIL FROZEN. DEICE COIL BY TURNING ON HEAT. RINSED CONDENSOR COIL WATER ONLY. Augered main sewer line from clean out to clear stoppage. Performed a video inspection of line, found break in line. Estimate on replacing line from clean out to city tap with 4" pvc. waterline with 1" copper from meter to home.Discounting mainline auger.
29 year old furnace not heating. Systems chambers are really rusty did not do camera inspection customer wants to change out furnace instead of replacing gas valve.
