Living room circuit tripping. - Receptacle on back porch had exposed wire coming out of bottom of box that was corroded and shorting.
rebuilt customers women's bath toilet and cleared clog. however the toilet is flushing but is not flushing to the best of its ability it needs new porcelain installed the drain is clear and the valve is new the only other issue is the toilet itself hose Bibb needs to be rebuilt on the outside of the building I could not locate a cut off for this seal faucet we will have to set a Time to bring the water down to install a cut off so it can be serviced
System frozen solid do to a few issues. Unit had a old filter that could have contributed to unit freezing up. Unit blower capacitor was weak and causing blower to be less efficient. Also low 1 pound of 410 A puron. If problem occurs again we would have to perform a leak search on system. At this time unit is cooling very well. -Would recommend 1st visit be done in a few months. -Refrigerant notes : -Low= 125 -High= 340 -Super heat= 14' -Sub cool= 14' -Temp differential = 19'
