Performed heat maintenance on an Aireflo furnace in Beaumont today and found no issues with operation at this time.
Checked Lennox furnace today and found extremely rusted spots on heat exchanger, and evidence of holes. Will give customer options for replacement

Performed heat maintenance and safety check on a York split system today in Beaumont. System is working great for its age and heating very well. Changed filter in system and discussed adding electronic air filter to improve air quality and efficiency of system
