Over the years from Sanborn the technicians have been straightforward with recommendations on service that should be done now and items to keep an I on. Over-all costs and emergency repairs have gone down following their recommendations. I had a contract with another maintenance company for several years, and their techs always strongly recommended additional preventative work, but having the work done did not stem the tide of emergency repairs to the cooling system.
