Service call in Mentone today. Customer broke thermostat and had us replace with a basic digital model. System is working properly at this time.
Performed heat maintenance today on a Trane split system in Mentone and found no issues with operation at this time. System is working properly and safely and is also heating very well in both sstages.Changed filter media in electronic filter for customer

Checked swamp cooler on roof and replaced water pump. Tested and system us working properly again.
Performing service call on Goodman furnace in attic today. Found dirty flame sensor and high gas manifold pressure. Cleaned sensor and adjusted pressure and system is working properly
Performing heater service call today on a Trane furnace in closet. Heater was coming on and immediately shutting off after ignition. Found very dirty flame sensor that was possibly preventing heat from continuing through cycle. Cleaned sensor and system is working properly at this time
Removed and replaced leaking heat exchanger and cracked exhaust fan assembly in RUUD furnace in attic today. Tested system and everything is working properly. CO levels are nonexistent in unit now
Installing pilot assembly on Comfortmaker furnace.
Performing 1st heater maintenance on new program for customer today. Found bad pilot assembly for Honeywell smart gas valve in Comfortmaker furnace in attic. Also found gap in exhaust venting and missing storm collar on roof. Will come back to repair all these items
Replacing bad flame sensor on Goodman furnace in attic.
