We had problems with both our water heater and furnace all in the same week. So Marvin came for both. Since I'm handicapped, Marvin showed my wife how to light our water heater pilot light if needed and figured out our furnace problem within minutes. Since both visits were emergency calls Marvin arrived before the time we were expecting. We are very happy with the service we got from Schaafsma Heating and Cooling this week.
