Conducted an air conditioner check on a 2017 Lennox air conditioner. All electrical and mechanical components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for outdoor unit. Technician presented options HB7 a-e. Customer declined at this time. Technician left customer information pamphlet regarding our service club program. Customer stated she will talk it over with her husband and will call the office if deciding to move forward with joining the club.
