Responded to no heat call. Found filter dirty Causing overheating of furnace. Also found flame sensing system weak no providing proper signal to be sent to keep gas valve open called customer to present HM15. TNT landlord situation. Landlord did not answer. Left message and gave 15 min response time. Did not respond. Informed tnt and moving on.
