Technician completed a furnace check on a 2009 pain furnace. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for the furnace, as well as the flue pipe showing multiple spots of age and breakdown although still solid at this time. Customer stated she was not interested in addressing either of these concerns at this time. Technician presented customer with service club information who declined at this time. No issues at time of departure.
