Wally was very professional and helpful with regard to my service; however, I think we need time to see if everything works correctly. I write this as the last time my system was serviced, everything seemed ok when the tech/mechanic left but when I turned the air on a few weeks later it didn't work for two days in sweltering heat. It took 3 techs before all was fixed and I was satisfied. So I am skeptical in responding except for how Wally presented himself which was excellent. Most likely will request him next time but "time will tell". Re price - can't respond because I have not checked the market; then there is the quality of service issue of any other provider. All in all Wally was helpful and accommodating but "time will tell". Need to get hardcopy of bill as tried a few times to no avail. Lastly, don't need 3 emails for one service call. Intrusive!!!!!!
