Performed the yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2013 Bryant air conditioning system. Due to ambient temperature technician did not allow unit to run for extended periods of time, technician also could not get accurate temperature drop. Customer stated it was too cold outside to turn water supply on, customer understands and is okay with technician not cleaning coil. Coil is dirty with debris informed customer of finding and mentioned cleaning coil off when weather reaches more comfortable ambient temperatures. Found higher start up amps. Informed customer of hard start kit to help compressor load and attempt to extend compressor life. Presented options HN1 customer chose to pass at this time. Left new 16251 filter on filter rack. No further concerns at this time.
