Responded to a no cool situation on a 2012 Bryant air conditioner. Upon testing of the system The technician found the voltage enhancement system was completely dead. Technician presented options Hn13a-e. Customer chose option B. Take Mission completed repair and verified operation of the unit. Supply air 55.8. Return air 72. Technician also recommended cleaning of the unit to witch the customer declined due to cleaning the unit himself. Customer did ask for information about the service plan, to which the customer left a pamphlet with the information.
