Upon arrival made call for cooling both units cycled on. Technician found outdoor fan running compressor fault to cycle. Found 0 reading at voltage absorption system. Not allowing compressor to cycle. Compressor showing high resistance. Unit cycled on ran with 12 degree temperature split. Found outdoor coil covered in debri. Unit low on charge. Informed customer of issues and concerns gave ball park prices on repairs. Customer failed to answer upon departure left unit in state at which it was upon arrival, customer called back after departure. Interested in quote for new system
