Completion Notes: Customer had concerns n new ac system recently installed. Had technician confirm unit is in fact a single stage 14 seer Goodman air conditioning system. Found furnace is a 2 stage gas valve without the ability of second stage cooling. Claimed unit wouldn’t keep house cooled down during higher temperatures such as 85 degrees. Found all registers and return air vent are open and pushing/pulling air. Found 3 ton air conditioner has 8*24 return duct size. Return drop not rated for appropriate air supply to be returned to furnace. Found outdoor unit singly dirty covered in debris. Informed customer possibly a handful of things added up to current situation as well as Honeywell t-6 having a 3 degree plus/minus allowance for set temperature. Customer wanted return replaced with proper size today as well as outdoor unit sprayed off. Called for pricing quoted ho6 for return drop and sh3 for cleaning of condenser. Had proper duct deliver and replaced today. Cycled unit. No furt
