Conducted annual maintenance on a 2016 Bryant air conditioner. All mechanical components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found the voltage and handsome system to be outside of manufacturers specifications. The technician also recommended surge protector for outdoor unit due to power outages and surges in the area.Technician presented options Hn13a-e. Customer chose option B. Technician verified operation of unit after the repair was complete. No issues at this time.
